Please read these information carefully before you place your order with us.

PAYMENTS
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and PayPal.

SHIPPING RATES AND SHIPPING TIMES

Standard Shipping:
Europe 6,00 euro - 6 days (allow 1 or 2 business days for the handling of your order)
USA and Canada 8,00 euro - 14 days(allow 1 or 2 business days for the handling of your order)
Rest of the world 8,30 euro - 15/20 days (allow 1 or 2 business days for the handling of your order)
** The postman will ask for a signature, if you are not home he will leave a note and you can claim your parcel at the nearest Post Office

Express Shipping:
Europe 21,00 euro - 2/3 days (allow 1 or 2 business days for the handling of your order)
USA and Canada 21,00 euro - 3/4 days (allow 1 or 2 business days for the handling of your order)
Rest of the world 35,00 euro - 4/5 days (allow 1 or 2 business days for the handling of your order)

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your parcel has been shipped. If you choose EXPRESS shipping we will give you a tracking number. Delays or missing parcels are not our responsibility. If you still have doubts or need more infos, contact us on info@tippitappi.com

TAXES (only for non EU residents)
Please remember that if your parcel is delivered outside the European Union some taxes maybe applicable depending on your country. We do not have any control over this and can't tell how much it can be. If you need more information please contact your custom house.

AVAILABILITY
We come out with new tshirts every so often and with new colours, so if the Tshirt you want is currently out of stock, don't worry. Check back again soon or join our mailing list and we will tell you when new tshirts are out.

COLOURS
The colours of our images may differ slightly from the real Tshirts, this depends on your monitor settings.

SIZE CHARTS
We have two different Tshirts:
Guys (or Unisex) Tshirts S, M, L, XL
and Girls (SLIM FIT) Tshirts S, M, L
Take a Tshirt you like from your wardrobe, measure and check our size chart .

RETURN OR EXCHANGE A TSHIRT
If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it within 3 days and we will either exchange it or give you your money back.
Simply follow these instructions:

1. Send an e-mail to info@tippitappi.com and
2. Fill in the form we give you and send it together with the invoice and the item you want to return to:

You will have to pay for the postage yourself.
3. In case the item has been clearly worn we won't give you any refund.
4. As soon as we receive the item we will give you a refund (the price of the item not including shipping costs) or change it with another item of your choice.
5. We cannot guarantee that the item you want is still available, in this case you must choose something else or we can give you a refund that you can spend when new Tshirts are out.
