Plant more trees
Over 80% of the world's original forest are gone.Trees are crucial to life on our planet. They generate oxygen, play host to a spectacular variety of wildlife, and provide us with raw materials and shelter.
Planting a tree can have tremendous influences on our lives.
Trees reduce sound, produce oxygen, store carbon, clean the air, give shade and cool.
You can take action in your own backyard - planting shade trees around your house will absorb CO2, and even reduce CO2 output of your summer air-conditioning!

I don't eat animals
I don't eat animals because it is wrong. No animal should die for my tastebuds.
I don't eat animals because it is not healthy: meat is filled with antibiotics, hormones and it causes heart disease, cancer, diabetes and osteoporosis.
I don't eat animals because it isn't fair: the grains used to feed farm animals could be used to feed hungry people.
I don't eat animals because farms heavily pollute our waters: farm animals produce 550 tons of excrement each second, which is more than 20 times more than humans are producing!

I don't eat anything that had eyes
Farmed animals are no less intelligent or capable of feeling pain than are the dogs and cats we cherish as our companions. They are inquisitive, interesting individuals who value their lives, solve problems, experience fear and pain, and are capable of using tools.
No animal should die for our tastebuds.

Love birds don't eat them
Chickens, turkeys and ducks in factory farms have no legal protection from cruelty that would be illegal if it were inflicted on dogs or cats, including neglect, mutilations, genetic manipulation, drug regimens that cause chronic pain and crippling, transport through all weather extremes, and gruesome and violent slaughter.

Pigs are slaughtered before the age of six months, please don't eat babies
Pigs are curious and insightful animals thought to have intelligence beyond that of an average 3-year-old human child. They are smarter than dogs, friendly, loyal, and affectionate.

Zoos=Prisons
Animals held captive in zoos have no choice.
Worldwide there are probably more than 10,000 zoos, with hundreds of thousands of animals held captive.
Because an increasing number of people are concerned about keeping wild animals captive, zoos claim they are on a greater mission than simple entertainment: for conservation, education and research. Zoos now favour terms like 'wildlife park' or even 'sanctuary'. Disgusting! Tell people who claim to 'love animals' not to go to these places.

Don't buy products that are tested on animals
Many household products and cosmetics companies still pump their products into animals' stomachs, rub them onto their skin, squirt them into their eyes, or force animals to inhale them as aerosol sprays. Animals differ from humans significantly, making animal drug tests unreliable and dangerous. New research methods, such as computer models, cell cultures, and human studies are more accurate, less expensive, and much more humane.
Companies that do not test on animals proudly state it on their labels. Watch out for them!
